If I decide to use your Regular Office Cleaning Serivces will there be one particular team assigned?

Yes. There will be a regular team that is assigned to clean your office. We are humans so some changes might happen in the future, but before we assign a new team to your office we will make sure that they are fully trained, know your office well (they will usually be trained by other team members). And of course, you will be advised of any changes.

Do I need to be in the office the day of cleaning?

It is totally up to you. Most of our customers feel comfortable supplying us with keys (which we security tag). While others prefer to let us in and go to do something else outside.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?

As you understand, we are employed to perform cleaning services. If we need to spend time on other tasks (picking up clothes etc.) then this is time we won’t be able to use for cleaning so less will get done or the job will take longer and we will have to increase our fee.

What are your hours?

At Cleaning Star you can call us anytime, however sometime we would not be able to take phone but you could leave a message. Our Normal Contact Hours are Monday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Our service hours are: Monday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 11:00 pm.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?

We treat your office just like our own – with complete care and respect. However, should any damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Cleaning Star will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. We do have current public liability insurance for $10 million.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies ?

No. Cleaning Star brings all the normal cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment. We try to choose the best possible solution to clean your premises.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we would appreciate a 48-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

Should I tip the cleaning staff?

It is not necessary. It is not required nor expected but always appreciated!

What about my pets?

We love all animals. Cats are not a problem. We take care of them to make sure they stay inside. Dogs can have different personalities when you are not in the office. It is a good idea to minimise any risk to our staff by confining them to an area not to be cleaned, such as a basement, garage, or kennel. We clean a number of properties with cats, dogs and birds so we have experience.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. If you are not 100% happy with any aspect of our cleaning service we will do it again, free of charge.

How long have you been in the cleaning business?

We have been cleaning businesses since 1997 and started our own company in 2005.
